Pekut and Carwick is a small independent bottler and distributor of distilled spirits in Berkeley, CA. I work in close collaboration with the owner to write, research, and market newsletters and blog posts that focus on industry topics like sustainability and ethics as well as sales and marketing.
Located in Oakland, California, Common Ground Spirits is a craft spirit producer specializing in gin. I write a series of newsletters for Common Ground as well as a monthly blog for their website featuring my original cocktail recipes.
